Annual Heating System Maintenance and Service Agreements

Regular maintenance and upkeep is the cornerstone of a safe and efficient heating or plumbing system. Gateway Plumbing and Heating offers an annual service visit to make sure your home system is running safely and at full efficiency.

During every annual service visit, a qualified Gateway technician will:

- Inspect your boiler for proper placement and function of all necessary safety devices 

- Check and set the proper operating pressure 

- Properly flush steam boilers as needed

- Clean the burners

- Lubricate pumps and motors

- Bleed air from the system

- Check the air vents

- Check all system components that are specific to your system

This maintenance will decrease the likelihood of a breakdown and ensure that your system is operating at full efficiency, saving you money, increasing the life of your system, and decreasing energy and resource waste.

In addition, all customers receiving annual service agreements will be given a fixed discount on other Gateway services as Preferred Customers.
